Cancellation Policy
All appointments at Suite 207 require full payment at the time of booking. A card will be securely kept on file to support booking integrity and future scheduling needs; Suite 207 does not have access to full card numbers, and all payment information is processed through a secure third-party platform. All payments are non-refundable, and booking confirms your agreement to these terms. Appointments may be rescheduled once, provided the request is made no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, and must be completed within the same calendar month, subject to availability. Appointments not rescheduled within this timeframe, as well as missed appointments, will result in forfeiture of payment. Services booked under the “Pretty Pinching” category are paid in full, non-transferable, and cannot be altered in any capacity. Standard 1B braiding hair is provided; clients requesting a different color or texture must bring high-quality hair to their appointment. Same-day appointments are not guaranteed and require prior approval. For the best experience, clients are encouraged not to book on the day of an important event and to allow 1–2 days for settling and adjustments.
