Cancellation Policy
Membership Commitment A 3-month minimum commitment is required for all members. Membership renews automatically each month unless canceled after the minimum term. Monthly Benefits 1 Monthly Scalp & Hair Treatment (non-transferable, must be booked within the month) 1 Protective Styling Session (Medium Knotless or Cornrows) 10% Off All Retail Products during active membership Exclusive Early Access to Booking Calendar (48-hour priority access before general public) Priority Scheduling for Events & Holidays Booking Rules Appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Membership does not guarantee same-day or last-minute availability. Unused services do not roll over to the following month. Rescheduling & Cancellations Members are allowed one free reschedule per month with 24-hour notice. No-shows or same-day cancellations result in forfeiture of that month’s session. Chronic last-minute cancellations may result in membership suspension. Payments Membership fee of $79.99/month is automatically charged to your saved payment method. A valid payment method must remain on file to maintain active status. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Membership Freeze or Termination Memberships may be paused once per year for up to 30 days with written notice. Membership can be terminated after the 3-month minimum term with 14-day notice before the next billing cycle. Non-Transferable Membership benefits are exclusively for the registered member and cannot be shared, transferred, or gifted.
